YES! Anyone can learn to dance. At Fred Astaire Dance Studios our instructors work with beginners all the time. They can explain and demonstrate dances in a way that makes it easy for people with no prior dance training to understand. They will also help you hear the rhythm in the music. If you can move, you can dance!

What fun! I was familiar with the Fred Astaire Dance Studio before I discovered that there was one near me. I took advantage of the beginner package and I’m so glad I did. The instructors are lovely, friendly people who work at your comfort level while pushing and encouraging you to improve each time. The environment and energy is welcoming and fun. Not to mention, dance is without a doubt the most fun workout out there.
