We decided to sell our Oshkosh house due to a substantial mold problem which we didn't want to deal with. I was intrigued by selling the home "as is". I talked to four companies. Two made low ball offers which were at least $100k less than our ultimate price. So the offer was more like granting them an option to purchase. It was also going to take them months to close. We dealt with Joe from CB.
