Efficient from the moment you register, always greeted with a warm encouraging smile , very kind!! Encouraging warmth and humor sets the mood for a positive experience. NEVER feel shamed , all staff exude confidence and willing to answer questions. I had a history of dentist fear based on childhood trauma and I am happy to go to a dentist who has truly helped me move forward without shaming.
