Got two generators from Central Georgia Generator and couldn’t be happier. Mic, Crystal, and the whole crew are super professional and just great people. It’s a family-run business and you can really feel the care they put into everything. The after sales support is amazing, I still call them anytime I need help and they’re always there. Highly recommend!

I think it was 20 or 21 I ordered my gen kit. We all remember the shortages of that time. I think it was the 21kw head I wanted and they were out. They split the cost to go to a 25kw kit. They didn't have to do that but they did. I put it together pretty easily with some help from them. I wanted this because my Grandpa was on oxygen and I wanted options to get them power if we lost it in the winter and to run their heat. I put it together and tested it. That's it. Fast forward 4 years, Grandpa is gone 2 years my Dad goes on the evening of 3/12/25, on the evening of 3/14/25 we have a tornado pass within a half mile of our houses. I woke up on Saturday and had my boys running extension cords to Mom and Granny's house to our portable welder. I don't want to take away from that Hobart champ 16, it had my back like it has for the last 25 years of my life. On day two, I hook this untested thing up and wire in our hot water heaters so I could atleast give everyone a hot shower. It ran like a champ after not doing anything for 4 years. I realized I needed spare freq/voltage meters, cause that thing is kinda worthless without them, not that the original had any problems. I ordered them and found the same customer care as I had received 4 years earlier, only I was only buying 20 dollars in parts. Great people, great company, great products.

From the 1st phone call to the delivery everything was outstanding. Very pleasant on the phone. Very knowledgeable on the tech end. Shipping crate was very nice. I even saved some of the plywood from it to use when I make toys for children.

Good people and always quick to provide support. Never once called and didn't have someone answer the phone to help.
