Stopped by the Ben & Jerry’s in downtown Fort Collins and walked out with what might be the best ice cream cone I’ve ever had. I went with the Strawberry Cheesecake — one scoop in a cone — and it was perfection. Creamy, rich, just the right amount of sweetness, and packed with flavor. It’s like they somehow managed to capture summer in a scoop.
The shop itself has great energy — colorful, welcoming, and full of personality. You can tell the team behind the counter actually cares. Even with a line, they were moving efficiently and still friendly with every customer.
It’s easy to write off chain spots sometimes, but this one stands out. The staff, the vibe, the quality — it all hit the mark. Highly recommend making this part of any Fort Collins visit. I’ll definitely be back (probably too often).
